If you look at the bottom left side of each posts you'll notice 3 icons. The one in the middle that looks like a star is the one you click on for reputation. A + rep is like a thank you for a helpful or funny post. Some people like to +rep a newbie to get them started. Make sure you leave your name when you give someone rep that way they know who left it. It's kind of a custom to rep someone back after they rep you. Enjoy the site and Happy growing.

...the search function works great....you just have to know how to use it. Use "Advance search", then type in your "keywords", I then like to search by "titles only"
