Rookie meets spider mites early on, (I think)!

_MG_6303.jpg_MG_6301.jpg_MG_6297.jpg I'm doing my first grow, inside a tent. From what I gather, this is spider mite damage, even though I can't see anything on the underside of the leaf. Given that this is just a seedling, only 10 days old, what is my best move without overwhelming the young plant? In the same humidity dome, I also have 11 seedlings that just popped up a few days ago. How can I avoid the mites with them? Thanks in advance.:o

You sure that's spider mites? Seems damn early to get them.

I'd invest in something to magnify the leaf.

I have never seen a spider mite on a seedling. Have any webs in your tent or around it? Let your pets in your grow room?

mmm tangerine dream :) barneys seeds?... mmmmmmm nice haha. good luck.. but if you have bug problems try this..

i did it on my plants and it didnt harm the plants..

i got one of those 'indoor bug bombs' and placed it outside my grow room and closed the door of the bedroom.. (WHEN THE LIGHTS WERE OFF)
as you would know the 'chemicals' got sucked into the tent via the intake fan and fumigated my plants i had like 4 different bug problems and all of them died never to return!
a few weeks went past and every once in a while i go into my tent i find a few dead bugs.. looks like they get in.. then they die because the protection lasts for months! and it didnt harm my plants at all they are 100%.

I am heartened by the idea that someone named Mr. Ganja has never seen them on seedlings. I'm hoping it's not mites after all then. There are no webs. I just had the basement redone before I put the tent in and no pets or anything go down there. I think I should go get a better magnifier. If this were not spider mites what else might that be on the leaf? Thanks.

I dont know but put some yellow sticky traps in there to try and catch whatever bug it is and then go online and try and figure it all out. Also look into Fox Farms spray called "Dont Bug Me" ( 10.00 - 15.00) could be purchased at most grow stores. I'm not big on using chemicals. So far I have only had a fungus gnat problem and I took care of that predatory nematodes ( a microscopic ring worm that feeds on larvae). Nature vs nature kicks ass.. Good luck.
