Rootbound in 2week of flowering

what up everyone have 3ww and 3 critical growing in 11 litre pots and i noticed the roots coming out of the bottom is it ok to transplant in flowering .what should i do ?

For sure!! Be careful not to "break" up the roots.... I always transplant when i switch to flower...this time i waited till the third week oops....but my plants are fine and booming... I use Liquinox Vitamin B start when i transplant it's cheap and helps A LOT ....hope it helps!!
