Rooted Clones wilt when I take the humidity dome off

My clones are showing roots using rapid rooters. I have them in a tray with an old humidity dome that has turned yellowish. They are under a T5 going 24/7. When I remove the dome they start wilting in 20 minutes. I have turned the T5 off and just have natural, not direct sunlight for light and they still start wilting. The tray has plenty of water for the roots so they should be hydrated. When I put the yellowish dome back on they perk back up with no condensation in the dome. What am I doing wrong and how can I correct it. We are finally free in Virginia to grow and have fun. thank you for the help.

One reduce the moisture on root zone the roots have established and need to search for food

Second I usually just open the lid , place in a low light area, and mist with plain a couple times a day the first few days out of the dome

Good luck
