So I'm gonna be starting my grow within the next couple weeks and I'm wondering if anyone with experience in these strains. Would it be better to start with a 24 hour, constant light cycle on a 250 watt MH, or to start on a 12/12 cycle?

Growing one of each (so 2 at a time)

Royal Kush is, in fact, quite good. While in veg keep a light schedule of 18/6 or 24/0. For flowering swtich to 12/12.

Anyone have experience with RK? Just lookin for any info possible. What kind of yield is to be expected in a room 3x3x6 with on other plant? 250 watt MH and HPS , top and bottom 6' exaust fans, and one interior fan.
