Would running a CFL bulb

24 hours a day for a month make any affect on my power bill? or is it to small to even be noticed?

absolutely too small.for example:an avarage computer power input is 400-500W .so don't worry man

I'm pretty sure there is a calculator in the growfaqs. Look at your bill and find kilowatt hour charge, pretty easy to figure out from there...takes your roughly 40 hours with that light on to be 1 kilowatt hour.
