Running out of time

Hey guys! I just started growing 2 feminized cheese seeds by dinafem. Dinafem states that they need 55 days of flowering+ the veg . I usually veg for a month and then switch to 12/12 . I planted on the 7th of january. On the 9th i had two seedlings. On the 3rd of April ill be away for a month + i have noone who can do the curing for me. That means that beginning from the 9th of January I have 12 weeks untill the 3rd of April. This would work for flowering+veg+short drying but I wouldnt be able to cure. Hope i didnt confuse you with the dates.
So heres my question: What do i do? How should my grow timetable look like? Where do I store un-cured staff before I leave?
Hope you can help me work things out :)

Just a theory, but how about drying for the required time (3-5 days ish) and then freezing the bud until you got home to cure ?

Thats what i thought but in other forums i read that mold is going to destroy my pot even in air tight containers(?). And I also read that a freezer should only be used after it has been properly cured .Does this make any sense to you?

If you dry & jar the bud, and then don't burp the jars you will get mold.

id probably just let it sit out. or put it in jars half full with no top in your drying area. they will crumble to dust, but the smoke will still be as potent just not as smooth. wont kill you.
