Rust like coloring on leaves

Plant is 2 weeks old. In FF Light Warrior. Watering only. Under LEDs. Temps stay around 78-84, might have hit 87 a day or 2 for a couple of hours. Humidity between 40-60%.

Bottom leaves turning a rust like color. They are pretty hard feeling/paper like. Rest of the plant looks normal. No twisting or cupping/curling. Just noticed this yesterday, and it seems to have gotten alot worse overnight.
