Sac County supe meeting

I missed it and can't find any info on the dispensary ordinance theya re considering. Did anyone see it or was there? All I know is they are meeting again August 10th

Did they address outdoor grows and edibles, or just dispensaries?

Voted 4-1 against the ban but that's as much as I know at the moment. I think that there was some documentation (a proposal) that was given to the Board for review before enacting any new ordinances. But I still haven't found anything that I can link you to.

IMO thats a good sign, as well as the fact they aren't rushing into something. Just curious if the outdoor growing ban and edible ban was still on the table

I believe the outdoor ban has been voted down pending a revision of the proposal and I didn't hear any mention of edibles. Still looking for details online.

Well at least its some good news, the picture in the Sac Bee article angryblackman linked to is The Reserve dispensary which is right around the corner from me, Ive tried several of their strains and so far haven't been disappointed. I actually worked security at City Hall a couple years ago and when we weren't too busy they would let us stand inside and listen to the council meetings, the few of us that actually wanted to anyways, lol, but of course they never had any meetings regarding medical cannabis when I was there.

Supposedly the supes met again yesterday to (among other things) further discuss the issue. Nothing in the news about it that I can find, anyone know what happened in regards to dispenaries, edibles etc?
