So I have a hurt wrist, let's say its the left, that hasn't givin me trouble in a while but its in my medical history that I was treated for it. I live in sac and every place I call say i need a note fron your doctor and details of my condition. Now every person I've known that has a card always says how easy it is. That all you have to do is go to an office, a physician checks you and u explain why you think you need it, fill out some papers and bam!! You got ur card. I have yet to find these places they talk about here in norther california. Can someone point me in the right direction please? A name of a place or a number in sac, frisco or oakland.. I just want to be at ease and stop worrying about the cops like everyone else.
