Sad droopy plants what gives?

Not sure if I need to start using nutrients or need to adjust ph or both ?? I have been giving plain RO water for the last 3 weeks. I have this under a T5 about a foot away watering every other day. Soil is fox farms ocean forest

I agree with the drain holes. When I start in solo cups I take a victorknox knife and put four big holes in the bottom and four in the bottom of the sides. water drains right out and it needs watering more often but that's not a big deal and way better than having a water buildup at the bottom that the roots sit in.
 
With your organic soil you want to avoid having runoff as that washes out valuable nutrients. If you start bottle feeding at some point then you will want runoff to prevent salt buildups.

Are you allowing the soil to dry out between waterings? If you don't allow it to dry then you will get root rot and that looks like what you have going on.

Thanks for the info ..I hope it’s not root rot ..it’s weird this is by far the worst of the 7 I just started feeding nutrients and adjusted ph so hopefully will see a turn for the better
