SAD PLANT PLEASE HELP

I am growing in coco & peat, I have another plant in the same tent, same medium, on the same nutrient and watering schedule which is thriving.
I have tried less watering, more nitrogen, more watering... and the condition is not improving.
When it is watered it doesnt perk back up.
Any advice please

Sorry I dont have a quick fix but Journal your grow. Record dates and times and amounts and it'll help. More information for you and more information for you to share when you need help. Better pictures will also help. Search for information on leaves "clawing".
 
Look like underwatering, I know you said you’ve tried all of that but how often are you watering? And how much per how many gal pot?
 
Wondering if you over did the N. or just not watering to runoff enough. Mixing peat in with coco is not something normal so hard to say.
