Hi all, this is only my second grow and I'm just seeing what everyone thinks. My colas are quite heavy, just wanted to get peoples opinions on the topic.

Thanks
Loki

Looks good, gonna get fatter you might want to put in some supports like Bamako sticks taped a round the edges of the pot or some king of outer support so your don’t break any branch’s from growing to fat of buds lol

By the looks of it, you've got a ways to go, and as stated above, only going to get fatter and heavier. Support will definitely have to be added otherwise they'll drop the branch right to the ground, and possibly snap the branch. I had the same thing happen last year on my outdoor grow. Had to go out west to visit the in laws, plants survived the hurricane like storm, but couldn't hold the branches up because of all the weight the buds packed on. I lost half of 1 plant, would have been close to 9 ounces when finished because of the storm, and had to do emergency staking to the rest when I got back home. The rest bulked up fiercely and their stems were way too weak to hold all the weight.
Keep at it, it's looking good, just don't be too eager with the scissors though, let her finish out, she'll tell you when she's ready.

Thanks @Kgrim I'm thinking some bamboo at angles might be my best bet. I'll keep the thread updated. Sorry to hear about your 9 ouncer.

It's all good, LOL
The rest of it filled out so it wasn't a total loss. I noticed you've already got some of them tied up. I would try taping some stakes to the outside of the pot, take some of the weight off what you've already got. With how long you've got to go yet, they look like they are going to get pretty heavy, and produce a fairly good amount of smoke for you.

That's what I'm hoping
