Sativa or indica...help please

Ok so this is my first grow...got some seeds from some good mj i smoke...it started out because i was curious but now its turning into a hobby i really like...but im just curious can anyone tell me which type of plant this is...it looks like indica to me jus want more opinions...thanks in advance to all who help...pics avail...

it definitely a heavy indica like you guessed.. the short, broad leaves are a sure indicator.. good plant for a first grow.. won't get too high, will finish earlier, and will give you more of a body stone or couchlock kinda high..
