Screening for Employment

Just filled out a job application and got to the last page where I have been asked to sign for "Release and Consent". There is one paragraph:
"I understand and agree to take any physical examination, and pre-employment test, including drug screening test, all such tests will be administered in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act."

I stroked out that paragraph in pen and initialed. I wonder where that will lead. Any one know what happens if I somehow get the job and later am asked to take such a test and refuse?

Haha, it will lead to you not getting the job. I'm pretty sure once they see that crossed out, they are going be pretty sure (and correct) that you won't pass.

You shouldn't have crossed it out. You should've just shown up and taken the test with some fake or clean urine. I use lab urine and have never had a problem. They're not going to watch you taking it for a normal job screening.
