Scrog Question | Tie down or not?

Hey guys, I just made a scrog in my grow tent and i wonder, when branches pass holes, should I tie them down to grow horizontal and produce more buds? I have 2 plants, special queen #1 :)?
Also another question is, I see on youtube, plants with huge stems, huge leaves and I wonder why does my plant never grow like that? Many on there are bushy since beginning, mine just gets without many leaves spread and weak stems even tho my lights are just great. What am I missing? Whats the secret here? :D (I do LST, topping and fimming). I use plagron terra grow.

No you dont have to tie them down. Thats what the screen is for. The stalks issue depends a lot on veg time, pot size and genetics
 
when the scrog is 30-40 filled, start flowering. tieing the tops down will cause a headach and less of a yield due to a VERY TIGHT space
