Scrog Question??

I just switched my light cycle to 12/12 , and this is my very first Scrog. I was wondering, now that I have changed the lights to 12/12 do I continue to pull the tops back through the screen or do I just let it grow through the screen?? Any and all info will be appreciated with + REP Thanks

keep twisting till flowers bloom. will take a few weeks

Yes keep them back to allow the inital stretch to fill the screen more,
and then you let them through after about 2 weeks of flower, this is
so that only colas grow through.. Looks good BTW
