Seed Broke through Soil but No Activity. Help

I've attached a picture of what my plant looks like after it first broke soil after 1-2 days of being planted after germinating with a wet paper towel. It has looked roughly the same for another 1-2 days after it broke soil with the seed casing still attached. I am pretty sure I didn't overwater and it wasn't underwatered. I have it sitting outside on my patio in AZ where it gets sun and shade depending on what time of day. Can anyone tell me if the plant is a lost cause at this point or if it is just slow to start? The plant is a ganja dwarf autoflower I also used an organic potting mix. Any help would be great

Give it time my friend. The pic shows a healthy sapling. I know the waiting is hard, bare with it. I had a kush seed pop up and the next day I saw it she had her head bit slap off. Can you say Pissed.
