Seed casing attached to the new plant

hey guys, just a quick question. I have tried to have a look around but i havent found much on what people say about this.
i have poped 5 new seeds (mossys jems) and 2 of the sprouts have the seed casing still attached at the top.
its been about 2 days sense they have come above soil and the case is still there? I do i leave it longer and wait to see if they fall off or should i carefully remove them?

Just thought i would ask on here as i dont want to fuck up! This is my second grow so im still kinda a noob but i learnt quite a bit from my first grow so hopefully now i will get some better bud than last time. Might also make anther grow diary of this grow if anyone is interested.

I would try to pry the casing off... I've noticed sometimes if you leave it on to long it will damage or warp the new leaflet... then every time you look at the plant youll damn i should have got it off sooner...

Leave it. Let nature do it's thing. Eventually the serrated leaves will get big enough to pop it off. The first set of single serrated leaves might end up curved, twisted, or retarded looking, but it will pop off. I've never seen a sprout not lose it's "helmet" eventually.
