Seed Pods?

I have been flowering for 22 days and luckily enough all four plants showed themselves to be female. But one has these ball/pod-like things growing on the stem and some in the hairs. There's not a million of them but they're obvious enough, do these have something to do with seeds or is it a hermie?

Does anybody know what seed pods would look like and if they are problem causing?

Buds and seed pods are the same thing. But seeds will form only if female is pollinated. If the plant has balls - it is probably male.
