Seed Room Question

So I'm designating a 3x3 for seeding. I was gonna use some collodial silver spray off amazon .9999 30ppm and spray some think differents and maybe another auto or so. But my question being since their only purpose is to make me seeds what should its set up be. Would 400w do the job for 3 autos in a 3x3 in probably soil since it'd be a waste of time to do hydro. And what about the nutes should I worry about it much?

400w is MORE then enough for 3 autos IMO.... Nutes? Feed as you usually do. A healthy plant will produce healthy ceeds....

I really have to recommend using Tiresias Mist. I tried using an "off brand" collidal silver from Amazon and had NO luck. Wasted $25 on 2 bottles. The only collidal silver that has worked for me is Tiresias mist.
