Seeded Female Auto-AK - When to harvest

Title says it all.

I'm wondering if leaving it past its "Prime" to allow younger seeds to mature is fine?

I've google the question and searched the forums, didn't see anything on point.

I started pollinating around week 4 (a few days after the first hairs) and continued for several weeks: any thoughts on this, was this the right approach. This is my first pollination.

Youll know when its ready by sight: Look for the seeds to literally be popping out of their pods and most of the seeds will turn a light to dark brown but some will have a light white film on them. In my experience hermie and seeded plants tens to mature slightly quicker than sinsemillia.
