seedling discoloration

This is day 2 of this seedling. I know its early- but i thought i would double check since the rest of them are coming through right now. Is the discoloration on the edges normal?

also when should i add nutes?

Hey congrats on getting this far!! The yellow at the ends of the sepals are normal,as the plant gets older and the true leaves emerge,those sepal wil die and fall off. NO NUTES. Wait until a month or when you see at least three to five node sets. KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!
