Seedling falls over

title says it all, i need to pck the soil around it alot to help it stand every few days, when i water it, it also falls over....i water about 2 inches away from base, plant looks healthy just tilts over alot


1 week old, 4 inches tall, 1, 150watt bulb, intake/outake holesadding fans next week..tinfoil wrapped walls stealth speaker

Overwatering and heat stress can both cause seedlings to fall down. Be sure that you're letting the soil dry out well between waterings.

really? ya this is my first grow i was just giving them about 1 cup of water a day,,,,thanks for tip...i was reading a thread on "making it rain" that just means flushing it, then feeding it?? i have a water soluble plant food
