Seedling growing really slow please help

Hey guys, hows it going?

First thread here.

I used to grow a while ago but took a long break.
So am growing an autoflower sour diesel and it's at day 9 right now.
Am growing under one cfl I think it's about 75w, in soil(5 gallon pot).
It seems to me that it's growing really slowly and am not sure if it's normal and I've lost my touch for this.
Iam concerned because it's autoflower and the veg time is really short,it would really suck if it flowers in 12 days am pretty sure the yield will be tiny.
Check it out and see.

My guess is the bulb is 75w equivalent? That's not enough IMO, the 23w actual (100w eq.) are best I think, you might want at least 2 of them.

Seedling, day 9 in a 5 GALLON POT, it is growing slow, it's in soil(slower growth rate than hydro) and its in a 5 gallon pot already(also slows growth rate) you aren't doing anything wrong though, autos should start life in their final pots, no worries, once those roots are done stretching out you should see a nice jump in growth rate, around week 2-3 is my guess, my autos usually take off right about the time they start to show sex, I'm sure yours will as well

Looks... stretchy? Just my opinion as i'm using 200w cfl's for my grow at the moment, try moving the lil darling to about 3" away. Use the general 15-20 second heat contact rule and you should be ok. Cfl's are very good for heat management, second only to LED's. Just my opinion

Is that clawing I can see though? one of the first node leaves turning away to the side...

It'll keep growing slow until you hit rapid growth. You are barely on your second set of true leaves.
