seedling help

hello,
how long should i leave lighting on for seedling around 2 inches tall.
also, how much yield would 3 26w flouro and 2 14w cfl's get me around.

24/0 for seeds keep it far enough away that u dont burn then go to 18/6 for veging

about yeild no telling alot of factors its like looking at a week old fetus and asking what he will be when he grows up
