Seedling leaf problems

Hello! Im having a truble here with my seedlings leafes they are starting to get leaf scorch ( I think). Wanted to know what is the problem and is this going to kill my plant ? Im 100% newbie and its my 1st grow so dont give me too much hate Im just learning . Its( I hope she) Northen Lights and 20-25 days old. Im growing in sunlight at day but when it gets dark I put it under CFL lights . Sorry for the bad English. I Added some pics too.
And I also wanted to ask what exactly are those little sprouts at strain where the leaf is starting?

Are you giving it any nutrients? also, what soil are you using? Do you know the PH of your water..? we need to know these things to diagnose your problems..

No im not giving it any nutrients. shuld I start? I guess i shuld find a PH meter asap. [h=3][/h]

Just tested it and PH level is 6.7-6.9

yes give it nutes looks like it could do with some start realllllllyy low
