Seedling Light ammount.....?

ey, when i awoke this morning i had 3 new seeds sprout out of soil. i moved them out of my grow box at 4pm, because the lights in the box go to 18/6.
i moved the lil sprouts...in there domes....to a new spot..under a 26 watt cfl. they are about 4-5 inches away from the bulb.
i am just wondering if this is enough light ( which i think it is), and should i move the lil sprouts closer to the light???
