What strain is it? How long did you germinate for and what method you use? and how long it been in soil also where is it while your waiting for it to pop out?

They need to do way instain mother> who kill thier babbys. becuse these babby cant frigth back it was on the news this mroing a mother in ar who had kill her three kids . they are taking the three babby back to new york too lady to rest my pary are with the father who lost his chrilden ; i am truley sorry for your lots

Sativa and i germinated it for about 30 hours and the root was barely comming out. I put it in a shot glass with water and covered it with a dark cup.. It's been in soil for 1 day know with 18/6 light schedule and its in a plastic dome with high humidity and warmth.

Probably 3-5 days...could be longer / shorter.

Well if the root just was barely coming out when you put it in soil then just chill, the roots are just finding there feet maturing through the soil. Give it another 2/3 days if not more and see if any signs of life. Aslong as you didnt bury it too deep should be fine
