Seedling Stem Troubles

Hi guys,

Im growing a few diffrent strains and all seems to be going well apart from this little lady. I checked on her the other day and she had fallen over and her leaves were still looking up to the light, i later worked out the light bulbs were old and flickering so i replaced those 2 days ago. I checked on her this morning and she had fallen over again, im using this rubber stopper to keep her up at the moment.

Her stem seems to be about half the width of my plants that are doing well, can you guys suggest anything to get a bit of vigor back into her? Or perhaps the best way to look after her when she is flopping around like that, back the food off etc?

how far is the light?

They are 13 days old and the light is about 3 - 4 inches above them

What type of light is it?

my first grow from amsterdam seeds was like 10 years ago.. the seedlings looked like that. I stake them to little chopsticks or bamboo skewers.. Then I left for a trip.. I came back 9 days to plants that needed no support and blew my socks off.. so support it any way you can, and they will harden up.. also get a fan in there.

By the way im using 2 gro-lux bulbs above it, the 2 foot 20w fluro type ones
