Seedling troubles?

I gather if the leaves look dark green and the tips point down Its nitrogen toxicity? Should i take any action here?

Top 2/3rds of soil is 1/3 ffof 1/3 espoma organic and 1/3 perlite. The bottom 3rd of soil is half ffof and half natures living soil.

Also if you notice the first pic that a leafe didnt grow out and the main stem looks stunted and not right. Should i continue to grow this plant?

first one is mutant imo. action you can take is to just cut out nutes for 2-3 waterings
