Heater tripped breaker day they sprouted but 80 ever since

It has been 80 °F without a heater even at night? I know from tomato plants cold temps will make the bottoms of the leaves black/purple like this. I highly doubt the genetics are purpling up in veg. Normally most genetics will start showing purples, pinks etc in mid/late bloom.
I'm guessing still cold temps and possibly not watering enough resulting in a deficiency.
