Seedlings under LED lights

I’m curious how high and what strength I should hang my light for my seedlings. I have an HLG 650r. Has 10 dimmable settings with 630 watt max.

From Royal Queen Seeds

Clones and seedlings: 5,000–7,000 lux
Vegetative growth: 15,000–50,000 lux
Flowering: 45,000–65,000 lux
Maximum recommended amount of light: 75,000 lux

Hi .. This year I decided to buy seeds and try to start them and grow .. I bought 5 seeds and got 1 bonus .. GG#4. I wasn't sure of when to start this process so I started the process of seeds in water Apr 4 .. followed instructions paper towel... on Apr 7 all 6 sprouts were about 1/2 inch long and I planted. (shout out to Crop King Seeds) Now 8 days later I have them under a cheap grow light. I currently have them on a timer 16 on 8 off; just reduced from 17 on 7 off . I plan to move them outside as soon as they grow a little more and the weather permits.. in Eastern Ontario Canada.
I have uploaded some pics for your assessment. Am I going to run into trouble with the lack of strength in my 48w light. I am trying to avoid too much stretch. Very minimal heat comes off the light. I have a small fan I blow on them gently for a couple hours a day. Humidity and temps are not great. Roughly 40% humidity and temps from 18-20 C. I have a heater but it drops the humidity so I don't run it unless the humidity rises.

How do they look? What problems am I going to run into soon?

Don’t worry about seedling stretch too much. Just bury the long stem when transplanting.

This is for the hlg 350r, but I’m assuming you could follow the same schedule.

I've tried numerous dimmer settings for seedlings...I was always afraid to have it full blast, until this last time I said fuck it let me try. Started at 100% with a 240w spider farmer. 3ish feet away. Much faster growth and I see no signs of stress. Different strokes!

I ran my SF 4000's at 50% power and about 56" above the seedlings. Definitely not the right light for the job but I just ran with what I had. I don't think it was bad for them just be careful running big lights over small plants.

I had a seed grow 4X faster than I ever have seen anything grow. In wet paper towels the tap root was 4 inches long when the others were just at an inch. Transplanted to soil and that beauty stretched it legs so much I thought she wouldn't survive. Planted her deep so the leaves were the same height as the others and at 7 weeks she's a beauty; wider, taller. You just never know. I can't wait to see how she finishes.
