Seedlings with Dark Spots on Leaves - Lower Leaves Dying

Hello,
I am growing a Paulownia Tomentosa from seed. This seedling was doing well at first, but suddenly, I have begun to notice problems. For example, I noticed the leaves at the top have gotten a dark green spot and sort of "bubbled" up. Also, the two larger leaves to the side are curling up. The leaves at the bottom have partially died. I believe it could be because when I transplanted this seedling, almost all the roots tore off, leaving only a very small root attached to the base. That was over a week ago though. Because it does not have good roots now, I have been watering it a small amount every other day with a spray bottle.
I should note that these seedlings are under 2 40 Watt CFLS. I ensure they are at least 4-5 inches away. I can keep my hand where they are comfortably without getting burned and there is only slight heat.
If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it. I have attached images.

Thank you,
Chris

They probably dont like to stay wet. Id give them proper drinks of water, no misting and let them dry out between waterings

First of all what are you growing? Is that some type of cabbage or something? If youve damaged the roots as much as you say...you are probably going to lose some leaves...keep an eye on new growth going forward.
