Drop my seedling and the plant tore for the roots also the top two leave came off basically topping itself when it fell over the seedlings are 5 days Old...will it still survive if so will it grow 2 tops now ?

what’s the set up like?
Grow space?
Lighting?
Pot size?
Medium?
Temps and humidity levels?
