Seeds To Harvest 1st "MY first Grow Journal"

Hi all, its my first real grow.
I have *most things all set and ready to Grow!
(i will post my setup next)

First things first "which seeds to begin with & how many will fit"
I shall be growing in a Bay 6 - 75cm x 75cm x1.3m....
Light choices i have -
130w CFL with reflector,
LED Plant Grow Light Full Spectrum,NAILGIRLS 600W Dual Switch Veg and Bloom,
HPS 600W...
