seeds

How long are they good for cause i just got some that are 5- 7 yrs old? wondering if they any good

drop them in distilled water and see if they split. I've germed seeds 15-20 years old.

I recently germinated some that were prolly 5 years old. prolly only about 1/2 of them germinated, but I would think you could germinate seeds 20 years old if they have been kept in decent conditions.
