so how safe is it to buy seeds offline sent to my home if i live in kentucky, or period for that matter?

Use a prepay credit card.
They may get seized by customs on the way and you will get a letter telling you the items were contraband and seized.

thanks for the tips man, and i was looking on the seed bank sites and they have some cool ways of discreetly shipping you your seeds if you want to pay more. i saw one that did jewelry boxes w/ fake jewelry inside and dvd's t-shirts, wallets etc... pretty crafty
the most stealthy way i saw was the seeds being stored in the cardboard itself... cool shit

Cool thanks for checking her out, Attitude is probably the best IMO, i and SWIM have both ordered seeds from them and have not lost an order yet.
