Seedsman Seeds - BAD experience

I’m having a bad experience with Seedsman right now. I placed an order and paid for it 16 days ago during the Black Friday promotion that was advertised on their website. The order was for $150.58. I noticed in my cart the Black Friday seeds weren’t added but the promotion was still being advertised so I assumed the promotion would have been automatically added in my order. I contacted their support right after placing the order to ensure i was receiving it. Support kept on closing my tickets with no response. Then eventually someone responded to one of my tickets and I was informed that I would NOT receive Black Friday freebies because I was a few hours late to order. Ok I’ll let that slide even though they could have just gained a new repeat customer by just tossing the extra seeds in. However that’s not even my main problem. My main issue is that I ordered 16 days ago and I have yet to been notified of shipment or provided a tracking number that I was told would be available. I contacted support last week and I was told the order would go out Monday or Tuesday. It is now Thursday and still no package shipped or tracking number.

What gives ? Seedsman went downhill or something ? They used to be an “OK” company. It’s my first order with them. I normally order from attitude (just placed an order and got their Christmas promo 2 days late and they still honored it. Paid $128.22 and I’m getting 36 seeds in total and I only ordered a 10 pack. I was provided with an active tracking number 2 days after payment)

Is anyone else experiencing any problems like I am with Seedsman ?

Well I just placed a waaaay bigger order considering all the positive reviews. Get this now.
My order shipment was delayed a week by them for whatever reason. Just said they had an issue probably meaning out of stock... Anyways I was told I had to wait till end of week for that and I would get extra seeds for free for the hassle. I just figured extra promotional seeds. No biggie so far seems fine. Yeah I misunderstood the tracking for the shipment and realized it tracks till it leaves the UK... Not as great but still ok in my eyes. Package arrived yesterday and I missed it. Went to pick it up at Canada post today and I'm damn glad I made a video of me opening up the package postal packaging and all because I received less than half my order... I am missing like 9 PACk's of seeds or something. I only received like 6 of my strains... 6/15 strains received is terrible... I just sent them an email and I'll see what they do about that...

That sucks man. Had a sort of the same experience. I got my order in the end but the freebies weren't included. Missed out on around 15 beans. Customs nabbed them. I was told to wait weeks (just in case). Well after 6-7 weeks they resent the order but I've totally missed my spring window by a few weeks now. I just threw a bit of this and that in to get me by but the purchased ones I was relying on will have to wait until after our summer cools to go in. Mine wasn't Seedsman but Hazeio. I still think these guys handle fresh product or smoke up before packing orders. It only takes 1 sniffer mutt and there goes your money. Guess it's the price you pay for dealing with smokers

I've had seven orders with them since 2017. My last order date was 06/14/2019. It shipped 070/2/2019. This has been typical. I ordered six sour diesel. I got 9 free seeds with order. They have always come through for me and more than one added back thousands of loyalty points. I like the 15% discount for bitcoin too.

They have always come through for me and more than one added back thousands of loyalty points. I like the 15% discount for bitcoin too.

I wish that was the case for me. I hope they sort it out because this is bananas really. Just terrible. It was all sent inside a Thomas the tank engine box for some odd reason... And had packages of colored sand in it to add weight I think. So upset about my experience thus far..

They tried telling me both packages were sent. Wow... Liars... My postal packaging was untouched meaning zero issues travelling... To be sure, I called and asked if I had one last package laying around that may have been shipped with my item. An item info lookup helped them see no other package was sent on their end and they informed me over the phone I had nothing else pending a pickup or delivery. I don't want the same issue as buddy above waiting 6-7 weeks before it's just resent nvm delivery wait.. So I emailed seedsman again. We will see what they say now.. I called them out in fake mailing me one of my packages... They made up this bs excuse that my seed order was to big for one box.... No... No its not.. Just use a bigger box than a Thomas the tank engine book box and it would fit... Easily... Hopefully at some point they drop this game they are playing, and send me what I've paid for asap... I can't be waiting till next grow after the one coming up just to get my seeds...

I was too cheap to pay the extra. One order last year I got my Seedsman email saying "shipped," but no package. I waited weeks, wondered, waited weeks some more. Wondered. Customs? Neighbor?? Seedsman???

One day, sitting around smoking, I though, hmmm, remember how the Sunday paper had slid back under the wood pile thing by the front door? I had to reach for it... ah, I went looking around and no kidding the smallish Seedsman package missed my mailbox and had fallen down behind some shit on the front porch and had been there for weeks.

That was just me though. Hope you get your seeds!!

Well I juuuuust got a tracking number. They said they sent it all out before yet.... For some odd reason.... Despite the. Bs they have been feeding me, the tracking I just got shows it just left the UK on Thursday pretty much.. So... Yesterday... I placed my order on like September 2nd or 3rd...anyways what this seems to tell me, is that they don't update quantities on their site and didn't have stock of all I wanted... So they sent out the extra package a couple weeks later after my initial first half of an order... So they are quick to take your cash, then feed you bullshit till you get your order... Honestly... After all that... If I don't get every last free seed I should be getting from them like it seems a few people have not either, I will not be doing anymore bussiness with them. There are plenty of other reputable seedbanks around that I won't be worried losing this clown show. Still can't believe the break up of orders, the delay, the bs stories and the massively added wait time now...ill be surprised if my second half even shows up given the current situation they have been spoon feeding lol. I've ordered from USA no problem and all over Canada no problem... But these guys.. wow..

I absolutely did pay for tracking lol. It's only now just on its way like... 20 days later roughly lol what a gong show. I think they smoke before they ship lol

Other half came in finally. However I'll say this as well... I didnt get my promotional seeds, and only like just over half the free seedsman seeds I was supposed to get. Plus I was supposed to get even more freebies due to them not being able to actually put together and ship my order for a week beforehand. But Atleast I got what I paid for. Sucks about the freebies. That's alot of missing seeds. I prooooobably won't be ordering off their site again... Haven't made up my MI d just yet, but I'm not impressed by all this so far. Lack of communication on their end a bit and the shaft for promotional seeds. I've zero issues when ordering off xoticseeds... Might just stay in that site.

Did you open a support ticket? I got my order and a few of them didn’t germinate. I messaged support and they just send 3 freebie packs with 5 seeds each. Had no issues with the support.

Edit: and they did so even when they aren’t liable to replace seeds that didn’t germinate.

They did the same for me, never had a problem aside from the long shipping times. But that is to be expected.

Support finally came through. It was miscommunication on their end about having two seperare packages sent at different times...i was missing a ton of freebies and they will be sending me those extra, in my next order atleast.

Yeah nearly all mine germinated. I had 36/37 germ, and withing 24 hours 10 of them broke soil and started growing leaves. Its the chempie, braincake and do-g that are already growing so so rapidly.
