Seeking advice from experienced growers

whats up guys. First grow hoping to find some answers to a couple questions I had.

Strain unknown came from reputable source bag said Lucky Land.

Germinated paper towel method seed sprouted and hit soil 6/28

Started them in Dixie cups under a homemade 4x2x3 box with 4 100w (23w actual). Growth was slow at first I'm guessing becuase I used an old bag of cheap soil. After 2 weeks they were about 2" I transplanted them into 1 gal pots with fresh cheap soil (black magic from Home Depot). Up until this point I had been using distilled water and no Nutes but then switched to Crystal Geyser bottled water. Then I put them in my bigger box 48"x48"x72" under my 400w mh. Started giving them nutrients I picked up from a local hydro store called ReGen. I will attach a pic of the bottle. Struggling with heat issues still. Box gets hot during the day when I'm at work max temp on thermometer says 82. When I'm home I can open the door and garage door for more air flow. Which will bring my temps back down to the 78 range. If this wasn't my first grow if love to have an exhaust system that can bring in cool air. For now I have a 6" hole and fan on each side opposite positions (top & bottom) with fans blowing opposite directions.

I feel like the stems haven't had as much growth as the leaves. The taller one standing about 5" are barley standing and don't when the fan is on them(passing over them). I stuck some staws into the soil to help prop the plants upright. If someone with experience and could be kind enough to pitch in their 2 cents id very much appreciate it. Thanks guys

The nutes in the picture say DWC.
How will that effect your soil grow and yield.?

looking at your pix, i think they look pretty good, nice and healthy, green as all get out, not really seeing any issues i'd address immediately ..
like bkbbudz said, 82 isn't a bad temp for growing cannabis... surely gets much hotter outside in plenty of places where it grows naturally.
you could use some reflective material or white paint like suggested to take advantage of the light you have..

other than that, maybe plant them in a bigger container.. they look fine in what they're in now, but i'd try to put them in at least a 3 or 5 gallon pot, one plant per.. the bigger the container, the bigger the root mass, the bigger the yields would be.. like i said though, they look fine to me atm, i'd just keep doing what you've been doing to them.

Wow thanks guys I wasn't expecting so many replys! Ok so the 82 was a typo my max temp is about 89 or so depending on how the weather is here in the PNW. But this week it's been mid 70's in WA so I haven't had much problems as of late. So you think the stem growth will catch up? I water nearly everyday. Nutes every other watering. They are about 13" from the 400w mh while I'm At work and then I'll lower it down to about 9-10" when I'm home. J

Save yourself some money by using tap water.
Support the plywood in the middle, it'll suck to come home and find all your plants dumped over.

the ply wood is supported I know it doesn't look it but I have couple scrap peices from my wood floors under the plywood but it still sags a small amount. I wasn't sure if adding soil would be ok or not thanks for the advice people!! Happy blazing
