Seizing the house? If owner of the house

Hey i got a few 600 watt hps .. going to do scrog.

I"m in Ohio..
So I think if got caught would be felony ? and fine of 1000 to 5000 bucks?
would they really seize my house maybe over this somewhat small setup?

any advice on this?

No..they might seize your lights n plants, Not house. Plus Ohio is less than 2 years away from medical..if ya did catch a case you could drag it slow through court for 16-18 months n get a slap on the wrist.
