hi, i know you have heard from a million people lik me, but i love to grow weed, and think i am quite good at it. so what is the likely hood of an englishman getting a licence to grow and legaly sell medicinal cannabis, busicly open and supply my own dispensury.

you can sell your weed on craigslist localy if you have your card then you can verify patients by phone then meet in public places for saftey. you need to have legal writing on your craigslist ads to keep from getting spammed or flagged or messed with by local pd . i think most collectives hire a lawyer to write up all the legal documents on there ads. or you could copy and paste the legality part from another cl 215 post and save paying your own lawyer. i have a friend who took a class at oaksterdam university on starting your own collective or dispensary and im pretty sure there cheap classes maybe check it out and there cheap.
