Sentinel CHHC-4 problems?

I am about to purchase an evironmental controller and it looked like the sentinel 4 had everything. The owner of my grow store said not to get it. People have been having all kinds of problems with it and he stopped carrying it. I was wondering if anyone is currently using this and if you have had any undesirable issues with it. I am looking at going Titan controls if the sentinel is having technical issues and is defective like I was told. But I never automatically believe everything I hear so I am looking into this heavily and some of you input might help as well. Thank you in advance.

Id personally take sentinel over titan any day of the week,i dont run them but all my buds do and they love them alot more than the CAPS and TITANS they got rid of,never trust a minimum wage clone working in a hydro store on commission lol...
