Separating the ladies

Took the photos two days ago and already see more growth today. Smallest ones are two weeks old, the tallest is four weeks old Friday. Looked at the roots this a.m. and they are definitely starting to tangle. At their rate of growth I can't do entire grow in this bucket, right? How do I separate my ladies without harming them at the root? Is it possible?

Holla!

What up Mizz Mary !?
It's VERY possible to chop the boys and leave the stem and roots in the DWC until harvest.
Can't run into ANY probs though !!
My water temp stayed 64F - 70F thanks to frozen water bottles in my 12gal Igloo DWC.
I JUST did this with my Cinderella 99 grow.
Chopped the last 2 boys around week 2 of Bloom and left their tangled roots in the cooler with a single female that yielded 9 OUNCES !!
The right Temps, plenty of Oxygen and simple nutes (GH Flora Micro and Bloom w/ PBP Cal/Mag in RO water for me) is all you need.

Did it with the previous grow of ChemDawg too.
That yield was more than 6 ounces !!
