Help! I just got one of those "sorry we missed you" notes from the P.O. about my order and they wrote in and "X"ed "custom" (yes, misspelled). I have no idea what this means or what to do here. Any advice? Thanks!
Do a bowl or two and relax! The Attitude is Legit. Sometimes you get a e-mail sometimes you dont! Who cares if you get a e-mail as long as the beans arrive safely. It has taken as long as a month from some companys. Who cares! As long as the beans arrive safely!
OK, to make a long story short, my very first order EVER was from PlanetSkunk and it never arrived. After 2 months, I asked them to ship me another order and they suggested not shipping to the same address. So now WTF do I do? I basically had to strike them off my list and write off the loss. I guess this sort of thing just happens, right?
So next I tried Attitude and I got the crazy "customs: missed you" notice and wasn't sure how to proceed.
That's right, you guessed it, I'm a newbie and I have no clue.
