Setting up new grow, looking for advice on LEDs.

Hey all
I recently purchased a clone tent and I'm just using it to grow my seedlings for now..
In the meantime, while they get bigger, I'm going to purchase a larger grow setup.
I'm thinking I might start off with some LEDs, but I need some help selecting, as I have no clue what so ever.

I'm looking at a certain site on the net for most of my grow needs and they only have one type..

Here are it's specifications..

225 LEDs = 165 Red + 60 Blue Mix

Does this seem appropriate?

I'm also going to use a HID lamp.
This is all going to be for a 1.2x1.2x2 mylar grow tent.
Should i use a 400w or 600w HPS?
