Setting up new grow, would realllllly appreciate any opinons/suggestions.

I'm setting up an indoor grow, around a 7x7 space. From what ive witnessned i plan on doing it this way .... setting up about 8-10 ten liter buckets with a soil mix/10%sand ... under a 1000whps. feminised white widow seeds, running exhaust through attic to outside of house, obviously fans ... 24 hours of light for 8 weeks ? 12/12 for another 4 ? i have the rest down, whats a good light preference ? this is my first indoor and ever grow on my own.

Why would you run that light 24/7 for 8 weeks? Not at all necessary. One 1000 watt light is not large enough to cover a 7x7 area. Do more homework.

24/7 is not good they need rest just like you and me how would you feel if your boss called you and said you had to work 2 months of overtime straight with no break not even coffee or a pisser !!!!!! that is what your doing to these poor plants so young and have to do soo much *plant child labor" lol.
