sex of a plant 2 plus months and still nothing

Hey everyone so got kind of a unique little problem

This plant shown was a dropped seed that came out of last years crop plant got pollinated outside and dropped seeds this guy self germinated.

grew absolutely no problem after the winter and survived the frosts and the cold rains we've been getting in the gta.

What I'm finding troublesome is the fact it hasn't shown its sex yet and where it is the prime growing spot in my garden area its been at least since April if not sooner its bare no sign of male or female any ideas or thoughts?

Really don't want to rip it out if I don't have to darn thing is 12 inch tall and already has a lovely scent and a stock 3/4 of an ich thick

Last run I had the three did not show until like day 61 at the earliest.

i have one thats about 3 monthes old minimum and still no sign of sex. it was ment to be an automatic CBD from seedsman, but it turned out to be a photo of what im hopeing to be an industrial hemp plant or some sort of cbd plant,
it has branches growing out of the flowering positions on the plant and has sativa leaves, im quite looking foward to see what it turns into.
but she (im cup half full tye of guy) so im calling the plant a she so be patient, im sure she will be a lovely female plant, no balls is a great sign
