Im still in the veg stage but i was wondering if you could figure out what sex they were at this age, heres a pic. If you can help thatd be great but if not thats okay too cause im sure that i have a bit longer before they start budding.

there just isnt a way to be for sure.. alot of times males will grow tall and thin and not be very stinky...while females will be shorter fat and give off a slight odor in veg.. sry theres just no sure fire way to know 100%

usually you cant tell until you've started flowering but I've heard that if you let it veg to full maturity it will show signs of sex. Looks like you still can't tell on your plant though, how old is it?

Look at the new nodes. Are the leafs and branches coming out at the same spot but on different sides of the plant? or are the branches and leafs coming out with one higher than the other on each side? it wont show pre-flowers until your nodes start growing separate from each other.

That's only the second node, preflowers generally show first at the 8th-12th node (regardless of whether symmetrical or asymmetrical branching is occurring).
