I am in Orinda, I have a very spacious 2 bedroom one bathroom house ( the garage also has a separate shower and toilet.) Up in the hills for privacy yet only mile from Safe*way, down*town and BART. House is old and rustic, but plenty of space and privacy. it sits back on a hidden lot (plenty of trees deer, wildlife) Beautiful views, up*per class area, plenty of parking in drive*way. Living room had double sliding glass doors, (practically the whole wall is a window)
The house is old but updated. It has a dish*wash*er, Satellite TV (in*cl. HBO, SHO, CMX and En*core). it is extremely spacious as you can see by the video link.The dinning room is 15x15 the walls are freshly painted (but you can repaint them another color if you wish). rest of house is share space(except my bedroom -​ lol)
I am looking for some*one that is looking for a place from 6 months on. I am extremely laid back, I am from the Chicago area originally. But have been in Cali for 8 years.
Looking for an EMPLOYED, clean reliable roommate (I don't want to have to hunt you down for rent money)
I am hoping to find other medican patients as myself. But not a requirement
I am a 39 YO Fe*male, I am a retired funeral director. clean*. Love to gar*den, gourmet cook. I am 420/gay friendly. But Dont WANT heavy drug users or drinkers . I am quiet, clean, own a very loving and clean cat (she is de*clawed and spayed).
I eat almost anything.
I occasionally have overnight guests.I party rarely.
I am ok with having other animals as long as they get along with my cat.

BTW the video was taken last fall, I have now painted the bath,living room and kitchen also the dinning room now has heavy wooden dividers. Garage can now be used for storage.
